Because our headquarters is in Maltepe, service scheduling differs between the two sides, and we prefer to state this clearly:

- European Side: installation and rental terms are identical; service is scheduled through our planned service network. Remote monitoring via Kopitek PMS resolves many issues without an on-site visit.
On both sides, rented devices connect to our Kopitek PMS software. Because we see toner levels and fault status remotely, new toner ships before yours runs out. We provide this software free to rental customers.
